I
am happy to say that many of our existing customers
have found dealing with two sets of contractors
working for the same company far easier and
more efficient than having to separately source
electricians and plumbing and heating contractors.
We ourselves as office staff along with the
employees out in the field have found communication
has vastly increased between trades and a harmonic
sense that ‘we’re all batting for
the same side’ is present on all jobs.
We intend to continue down the road we’re
on and maintain steady progress during these
difficult times. We are confident within our
ability to deliver on any and all the services
above and would be happy to tender for any
forthcoming projects of any nature.
Much of our work has been within the domestic sector on big apartment
blocks and housing developments. Although new build development is
down at the moment, we feel that this will make up a large section
of our provided services due to our ability to evolve with the changing
face of the industry. As we move into the mandatory requirements of
code level 4 for new build dwellings this year and in the coming years
code level 5 (100% reduction) and code level 6 (zero carbon) we are
proud to boast that through our in depth knowledge of regulation and
the products and services we offer, we are able to achieve these targets
today, in house, all under one roof.
